A bow I made last January, I finally got to post it now! But blargh crappy editing :|
That floral fabric for the small ribbon is from a skirt that I don’t wear anymore :) I felt like it doesn’t look good on me so I decided to make ribbons out of it hahaha!
The headband I used is a Hello Kitty headband. It has glitters on it and it’s kind of translucent. It looks like candy :)
I posted it at my Poupeegirl page

^obligatory peace sign pose. :|
I had no time to finish my petticoat or buy one because I really had no spare time. That’s how busy I am. I roamed around SM Mall of Asia from 10am till 1pm to look for footwear. I needed to finish by 1pm because my boyfriend had to go back to his office (he was at his lunch break) and so he could drop me near my school. All hope was almost gone until I found the one I’m wearing there^ at All Flip Flops. It’s Havaianas High, and it cost me around $43 :<. My budget was only $10 to $15 but I had no choice, it is the only one that would look nice on my outfit. Orz. And I just added more pink lace to it later on.
Okay. So maybe I got some elitists bashing me here and there about this coordinate, but I don’t care. :>

Anyway, that fashion show wasn’t a contest. It was just an event at the end of the Social Science Week. Participants were asked to wear the costumes/traditional clothing of countries that had to do with the Philippines. My plan was to wear the yukata only, but deep inside me I wanted to wear Wa Lolita. LOL. So I asked the organizer, and she told me I could jazz up the yukata as long as it’s still “Japan”. Well of course it is, Wa Loli is Japanese after all. :)

Lea, Sia, Me, and Lalli. :)

:))))))
Fun experience. ^__^v

My most favorite ribbons in my collection. The brown floral one was given to me by my hubby, I bought the yellow and white ones below somewhere in Makati. The rest are handmade. I usually produce ribbons when I’m stressed. Hahaha!

orz. My calling card from 2009. I wanted it in a citrus-y or orange-y color scheme. But it was ‘meh’, doesn’t look good on florals hahaha :). I just used an existing template and Peach color scheme in Microsoft Publisher. I used a textured cardboard paper for it. For me it looks boring haha! But I’m too lazy to change it at the moment, and I still have several copies of it.

My outfit during our lolita gathering last Oct. 16, 2010.
Dress is altered and shortened. Vest, tie, and ribbon ring are handmade. I also wore this outfit last Vanitea 2007 but I wore it with leg warmers, a tiara, and a black chain-like thing with various beads and charms which I placed at the side of the skirt. In short, this was my first ever handmade dress which I made back in 2007. ^_^
